I would recommend true to size. But half size down could be fitting as well if you're into a really snug fit. The leather will probably run out a bit after some wear making it a comfortable but tight fit.

I was still doubting to try and go half a size down in these. Eventually ended up going for true to size since I noticed after wearing them all day they started to fit better. If you prefer a really snug fit go down half a size.

Fits true to size. Actually have them a half size up through a trade. But they're too big for me like that. The materials are really nice and this pair actually fits more comfortable than most dunks. True to size will be perfect!
