I bought this pair in an US 11. Since it's a womens release that would be true to size in US and EU. The difference between a men's pair of spans and a women's pair of spans is the width. The women's pair is still wider than other models, but a bit less than a pair of men's spans. I would recommend true to size.

I own these in 43 and normally wear 42,5. I think 43 is also a safe choice but it’s TTS. Really love this pair but keeping them clean is tough.

These do fit quite snug around the feet, so I definitely wouldn’t go down on sizing. At first I thought these shoes were slightly small, however I own another pair of Air Max 180 which are a half size bigger, and those are definitely too big. So I’d suggest going for your usual (Nike) size for the best possible, but snug, fit.
