I own these a full size up, which is noticeably a bit too big. However, it's not annoyingly big, so a well educated guess would be to still go a half size up instead of going for your regular size - obviously also depending on how snug of a fit you'd like. Keep in mind though: the Jordan 1 creases easily, so does (faux) patent leather. This is a combination of the two!!! So if you plan on adding an anti-crease thing, definitely leave some room by going at least a half size up!
