Just like every Dunk SB (from that era anyway) I’d suggest going a half size up. The thick padding give these a snug fit, even with a half size up. I own these in my own size (because that’s the only pair I could get my hands on), and all my other SB Dunks in a half size up, so I can advise you with a lot of confidence that a half size up is the way to go. However, if you, just like me, can only get your regular size: they do get better after a lot of wears. It’s definitely not unbearable!
